  1. Liability for Lost Footage or HDD Errors
    • Sky Vision is not responsible for any loss of footage or hard drive (HDD) errors. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss or damage resulting from theft or missing products on your property. The customer acknowledges that they bear full responsibility for ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of their surveillance system.
  2. Warranty Exclusions
    • The product warranty does not cover physical damage or issues resulting from cameras being tampered with, including wire cut-offs. Any such damage will void the warranty.
  3. Labor Charges
    • Labor will be charged based on the time required to perform the service. Customers will be informed of the labor rate and an estimate of the time required before any work begins.
  4. Customer Responsibility for Footage Checks
    • Customers are required to check their surveillance footage at least twice a week to ensure that the system is functioning correctly. Any issues should be reported to Sky Vision immediately.
  5. Misguidance or Miscommunication
    • The warranty will not be honored if there is any misguidance, miscommunication, or misuse of the product. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information and follow all usage instructions provided by Sky Vision.
  6. Warranty Claims Without Documentation
    • Warranty claims will not be processed without a valid invoice or warranty receipt. Customers must retain their purchase documentation as proof of warranty entitlement.

2. Definitions

  • Company: Sky Vision CCTV, including its employees, agents, and affiliates.
  • Customer: Any individual or entity purchasing, leasing, or otherwise using the Company’s products or services.
  • Services: The installation, maintenance, and monitoring of CCTV systems provided by the Company.
  • Products: CCTV cameras, recording devices, and any related equipment provided by the Company.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Company’s services, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional terms and policies referenced herein or that may apply to specific sections of the site or to services and products available through the Company.

4. Services

4.1 Installation: The Company will provide professional installation of CCTV systems as agreed upon in the service contract. 4.2 Maintenance: Regular maintenance services will be provided as per the terms agreed in the service contract. 4.3 Monitoring: Monitoring services, if included in the contract, will be provided as specified.

5. Customer Obligations

5.1 Access: The Customer must provide access to their premises for the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of the CCTV systems. 5.2 Environment: The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the environment is suitable for the installation and operation of the CCTV equipment. 5.3 Compliance: The Customer must comply with all relevant laws and regulations regarding the use of CCTV systems.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Fees: The Customer agrees to pay the fees for the products and services as outlined in the service contract. 6.2 Billing: Payments are due as specified in the invoice provided by the Company. Late payments may incur additional charges.

7. Warranty and Liability

7.1 Warranty: The Company provides a warranty for its products and services as specified in the service contract. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external factors. 7.2 Liability: The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the products or services. The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the services in question.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by Customer: The Customer may terminate the service contract by providing written notice as specified in the contract. 9.2 Termination by Company: The Company reserves the right to terminate the service contract if the Customer fails to comply with these terms and conditions or fails to make payments as agreed.

10. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company’s website. The Customer’s continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

  • Installation requires drilling holes in interior and exterior walls. SKY VISION limits its liability to the patching of said holes and can’t be liable for providing paint or wall coverings to match those colors or coverings existing within Customer’s premises.No re work once finalising technician for cctv Fixing or DVR.
  • Customers are advised to pay materials costing on signing/accepting this term and order form and also to settle the total invoice amount on completion of installation.
  • The Customer also agrees not to permit any third party to tamper with the security system without the written consent of SKY VISION.
  • The Customer should inform SKY VISION in advance if there will be a change of broadband supplier or significant works taking place that may affect the installation.

  • If order is canceled or canceling charge will be applied it RS : 700
  • Procurement of cables and laying by Sky VION CCTV CARE  will ensure you long lasting quality footage.
  • All taxes are applicable at prevailing rates from time to time.
  • Additional Accessories like mouse, network cable, router, etc., should be arranged by the customer before installation

  • After Installation Payment as To Made In case within 1 week the payment is not done 2% Extra will Be charged from invoice.
  • Service Team Will Be Attend the Service With 2 to 4days working days.
